1. Acceptance
By using StromaLabs services you agree to these terms.
2. Services
StromaLabs provides SaaS products: StromaServe, StromaVault, StromaForge, StromaCart, and StromaMarket, on a subscription basis.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, to transmit malware or spam, or to violate the rights of others.
5. Payment
Subscription fees are billed as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
StromaLabs retains rights to our software and brand. You retain rights to your data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data is retained for 30 days after termination before deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
StromaLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
